Jason is an entrepreneur with over 23 years of international business experience and within that time was instrumental in building a global insurance recruitment business. His energetic and flexible style has enabled him to recruit, lead and develop teams in different locations and cultures, as well as achieve outstanding results in the field of sales and recruitment.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Science from Loughborough University. In addition, he is a Master Practitioner of NLP, a Certified Motivational Map Coach and a Graduate of CoachU's Core Essentials Coaching Program (ICF Accredited).

Ed is a seasoned professional with 15 years of executive search expertise within insurance. Ed has worked on multifaceted search projects across many verticals within the traditional (Re)insurance & Alternative Risk Transfer markets globally, building relationships with Insurers, Fronting Carriers, Reinsurers, ILS Funds & fostering relationships with many MGAs and InsurTech firms.
Additionally, he has strategically sourced insurance capacity for clients across the UK, Europe, and the U.S. markets, moved underwriting teams across various disciplines and works exclusively with a select number of Investment Banking, Private Equity & MGA Incubation partners.
Ed holds a Bachelor of Civil Law Degree from the NUI Galway and an MSc in Business Management from Dublin City University.
